Innovative partnership with Regional Screen Scotland During this year’s Scottish Food & Drink Fortnight, Regional Screen Scotland is looking to link up the screening of food related films with local food producers to enable rural audiences to enjoy a great night out in their local community venues!
People living in rural Scotland, especially the islands, will know that Regional Screen Scotland (RSS) is the development agency for access to the cinemagoing experience in remote, rural, coastal and under-provided communities throughout Scotland.
During Scottish Food & Drink Fortnight, RSS is looking to organise events in rural areas that will combine the screening of food related films with local food producers. It is then hoped that partnerships forged between venues and food producers during Scottish Food & Drink Fortnight will continue to flourish afterwards, with commercial benefits for all involved.
